Our programs and classes cater to all ages in terms of health, fitness, and wellness.Our dance classes are filmed and recorded for our “Online Fitness Blast” YouTube channel. Our customers are looking to use the convenience of working out in their own homes. OFB's purpose and goal is to continue and provide health, fitness, and wellness online virtual classes on behalf of Fitness Unlimited.
